Hey everybody, did you spend a few hundred dollars, memorize a bunch of questions, get fingerprinted a bunch of times, waited FOREVER for the paperwork to come through and swore allegiance etc , etc, just so you could be a citizen and vote?

well, according to the AP, or WTOP or the Washington Post, or whoever wrote this crap, you shouldn´t bother with all that, all you have to be is “legal”

Hispanic Leaders Urge Legal Immigrants to Vote

ARLINGTON, Va. - Hispanic elected officials in the D.C. area are urging legal immigrant voters (I guess this is instead of urging illegal voters to vote ) to turn out next Tuesday to counter what they call a troubling surge of anti-immigrant sentiment.

They urged immigrants who are U.S. citizens not to worry about being intimidated at the polls and announced a telephone hot line to report suspected voting rights violations. (I can´t wait to call!!!! just living in Virginia is intimidating)
Voters will choose the entire Virginia General Assembly as well as key local government posts in Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun and Arlington counties and in Gaithersburg.
