Apparently a bunch of people are surprised that ex-chief Housepanic Alberto Gonzales was legally in favor of torture…. PLEASE….
STOP acting like this is some kind of “new” discovery just because the NYT finally found “the” memo.
I won´t believe this picture is true until I see the secret memo!!!! I refuse!!!!!
(AND we have all seen worse pictures that this one)
I mean GONEzales has been such a defender of human rights, habeas corpus, Geneva Conventions, and soooo against the death penalty, during his whole career as Bush amigo. WHY is everyone acting so surprised????? Especially in the Senate, the same people that confirmed him as attorney general, supposedly at least one of their staffers read his resume.
What next? Massive collective surprise when we “find out” by memo, that the death penalty in the United States is racist?
The good news is that at least he will always have that wonderful NCLR honor and full endorsement as great Hispanic!!!
