When he is not busy trying to fight coups, apparently Hispanic Caucus de facto Chairman will be occupied “creating a pipeline of talent”.
We learn this because we, and dozens more, have been spamed with the announcement of Baca’s “election” as Chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) not to be confused with the real Coconut Caucus.
The CHCI is like the same people, but with other “prominent” Latinos not elected to Congress. They are the ones that put on a gala every year in Washington during Hispanic Hysteria Month, where a lot of women dress up in prom dresses and quinceañera type gowns, and where the Latino waiters are better dressed than the Latino men who attend… AND where long boring speeches are given, followed by a musical act for the 10 people who are still there… Anyway, I could go on about this one, but back to Baca:
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), the nation’s premier Latino youth leadership development and educational organization, announced the election of Congressman Joe Baca (CA-43) as Chairman of its Board of Directors.
“We need to increase CHCI’s reach efforts to Latino youth, open doors of opportunity across our nation, while creating a pipeline of talent,” said CHCI Chairman Baca.
