Just in time for Hispanic Hysteria month, the Democratic-controlled Senate Finance Commitee, with the blessing of the Obama White House, unveils its nearly $900 billion healthcare reform package that shows Democrats can be just as mean as white people who shout at a black president.
The plan prohibits illegals from participating EVEN IF THEY HAD TO MONEY TO DO SO and requires residency and citizenship verification through the Social Security and Department of Homeland Security databases.
Clearly it’s change we can believe in!!!!
And what does the Congressional Hispanic Caucus think?
OH PLUEEZE. Those HORSES A****S (EXCEPT FOR CONGRESSMAN GUTIERREZ) are of course too busy partying to give a damn!!!
MIAMI (Reuters) – A bank in Florida refused to cash a check for an armless man because he could not provide a thumbprint.
“They looked at my prosthetic hands and the teller said, ‘Well, obviously you can’t give us a thumbprint’,” Steve Valdez told CNN on Wednesday.
But he said the Bank of America Corp branch in downtown Tampa, Florida, still insisted on a thumbprint identification for him to cash a check drawn on his wife’s account at the bank, even though he showed them two photo IDs.
Sad sad news this morning, especially if you are the least bit into immigration reform. Senator Ted Kennedy, honorary Latino and immigration reform thinker/crafter/compromiser is no longer with us. Since he advocated for us more than the whole Coconut Caucus, now would be an appropriate time to freak out.
Senator Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts, a son of one of the most storied families in American politics, a man who knew triumph and tragedy in near-equal measure and who will be remembered as one of the most effective lawmakers in the history of the Senate, died late Tuesday night. He was 77.
The death of Mr. Kennedy, who had been battling brain cancer, was announced Wednesday morning in a statement by the Kennedy family, which was already mourning the death of the senator’s sister Eunice Kennedy Shriver two weeks earlier.
