Ok, so officially he is not a member of the Coconut Caucus or in Congress, but he was, and he is one of the few national Latino politicians who can provide much fun for this blog.  

Richardson’s office denies he’s announced run for president

Says comments were taken `out of context’

Gov. Bill Richardson has not announced his candidacy for president, a Richardson spokesman said today in response to a FOX news report that Richardson had announced his candidacy.

“The governor didn’t say that. He said, like he’s been saying, that he’ll make a decision in January,” Richardson spokesman Gilbert Gallegos told The Tribune shortly after the report broke around 4 p.m.

 So we all know he has been running for presidente for years or why would he have this guinness world record.

He even has the online netroots drafting committee blog.

But it is hard to make headlines while the whole world is enamored with Hillaroma, so he is limited to denying that he announced that he is running. Not to deny that he is actually running, just that he hasn’t announced yet what he may announce later, which we already know.
