Dear future ex-first Hispanic attorney general:

Since we know you are not a Washington insider, and in the super off chance you read a blog, THIS blog, here are the signs you need to be aware of so that you can resign to spend more time with la familia:

-The Politico sends out an email saying they have an exclusive from a non named source saying you are NOT resigning….
-Unknown Hispanic groups are the only ones who still support you
- Even the Hispanic Media wants you to resign
- Bush calls you a heck of a good amigo
- Not even the Hispanic Republicans invite you to their token conferences
- Everybody that works for you resigns, claims the fifth and moves to an undisclosed location
- Politicians don’t feel they might loose the Latino vote by calling you incompetent
- The OAS needs a new ambassador
- Laura Bush and Barney don´t even support you
- You start appearing on tortillas
- Democrats AND republicans can only agree on one issue: you suck
- Influential blogs like Adventures of the Coconut Caucus start calling you Abu GONEzales

I am sure my dozens of readers can come up with a few more good ones, which I will add…

- and did I forget to mention… NPR still doesn’t know any Latinos, maybe they can hire him as a commentator after he resigns
