Yes mi gente, if it is ok for everyone to talk about what public women wear (pantsuits) it is way OK to talk about Joe Baca being 3 feet tall.
It has been a while since we brought up this important topic, but then we just happened to spot him at Sonia Sotomayor’s confirmation hearing:
AND as la neta has pointed out he is wearing a visitor’s pass! (and the hearing is not even inside the Capitol building, you would think that as a member of Congress…)
He even issued a press release about it.
