Joe Baca is Still 3 Feet Tall and His Daughter Can´t Sing
We learned a few things at this years’ Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Gala, you know that black tie sequin extravaganza where 50 year old ladies dress as quinceañeras, and the guys with their tuxes ALL look like the waiters, and half of them are the waiters.
One, standing next to Barack Obama, who spoke that night, Joe Baca is still 3 feet tall. (Baca is behind Obama)
We also learned that being 3 feet tall doesn´t mean you don´t have the power to move a crowd (like move them out of the room)… for some reason someone allowed Joe Baca to put his daughter on stage at the Convention Center, and gave her a mic…. the rest is Hispanic Hysteria History…

Joe Baca is always trying to get his kids jobs or political positions… so it should come as no surprise that he punished the CHCI attendees with this wolf howling. He did this last year too.
Of all of the Latinos in the US who have good singing voices, why this?

She did not sing at the gala last year. She did sing at the swearing in ceremony.
