Ted Kennedy, Aug. 25, 2008

Sen. Ted Kennedy, recovering from treatment for brain cancer, brought the house down in Denver when he waltzed on stage to say hello and vote for Obama, por favor.

He looked better than that Delaware dinosaur Obama picked as his running mate.

More than the ENTIRE Congressional Hispanic Caucus combined, Kennedy has championed Latino issues in his decades in the U.S. Senate. Even Mexico thinks so.

So keep the novenas going to keep the community’s ONLY REAL LATINO IN CONGRESS healthy and in good spirits.

And he was suffering from kidney stones that day too. Can you imagine? Despite his flaws, this man has grown to exemplify public service. It would be wonderful if someone in the CHC rises up to fill his shoes.
